Google has started cracking down hard on people who root their devices and use custom roms.. they ban fingerprints, fight root hiding methods with security patches, invalidate certificates etc. And apps have started abusing root detection methods and checking basic and strong integrity for no reason.. so many apps check for device integrity for no real reason other that lazy developers that don't know how to encrypt private data.. how long until your web browser or music player starts demanding an unrooted unmodded phone just to to run?.. if mario run and mcdonalds do this then why not your alarm clock?.. root is an important part of any linux based OS, you don't see apps refusing to run on linux for PC just because you can do SU on it, or on windows where you can run apps as administrator..
More and more OEMs and app developers are taking power away from the users for the sake of DRM and we buy phones that we don't really own.. and if OEMs give more customizations and more years of software updates we wouldn't need custom roms..
So I request that lucky patcher adds a general patch (like the ad patch or LVL support patch) to try to remove known root detecting methods and all calls to safetynet, play store integrity, and hardware attestation from apps.. because root hiding is only temporary and we need apps to stop abusing for no reason
