Please I modified Lords Mobile with Lucky Patcher for inAPP purchase, but it's not working, and the app does not support custom patch.
Please can you help me modify the one that will work and send the modded APK file to my email (even if it is custom patch for the gems to increase instead of decreasing when used in the app.

That is because lords mobile is an online game(server sided) and lucky patcher does not play to nice with those and its rare. Your best bet is to look for a modded apk of the latest version which you can find easy. Google play store > Lords Mobile > about > game version with that search around.
