When I tried installing Modded Play Store 13.1.32 as user app, it cannot be installed (says "App not installed"). When I install it as system app instead, my device soft bricked so I had to flash the factory image. Please fix this bug ASAP.
PS: I've installed Modded Play Store 12.2.13 on my device as system app (can't be installed as user app), which does not cause this issue and works fine.

I am assuming this is a known bug, and the LP devs are in a huddle planning their next move.
Hopefully they can overcome whatever new obstacles Google have thrown in their path, but even if they cannot fix it, we should remember the joy that their work has already given us, and be thankful.
