I can't Download lucky Patcher
It works to download on to my phone but once I go to Download then I Install it then it's says can not install the App

That happened to me too.
What you need to do is to go to the play store and then swipe to the right so a menu will appear on the left hand side
Choose the play protect category and the disable it for now
Then delete the apk file
Now go and download again the lucky patcher Apk ( from the original site https://www.luckypatchers.com)
Finally go and install it
If you want you can turn on again the play protect once you have installed it
