and to correct this error what would I have to do? give write and rewrite permissions to a special program or process? 

i too got exactly the same warning here.

i am runing the latest version V8.9.3 on oneplus 8T, and i kept got this warning msg whatever app i tried to patch.

i am wondering if it is expected not support Android 11 at present?

You are trying to do this on an emulated version of android? You may have to give permissions to modify files through the OS as well. Like windows security on windows 10.
