The problem could be that the app is no longer installed directly as "Lucky Patcher", but via a funny loader that then installs the app. This loader also wants root rights and then constantly annoys you with stupid advertising for very horny men who can't find real women. Of course, the nonsense also applies to women. Luckily, you don't really need the app anymore, since all good programs can be obtained via ready-made MODs. Posted this on Reddit as well.

Have the same problem since v10.68. Since I use Titanium Backup root, I can always restore to the version that is still running. 

Problem on Android 9 and 11, all smartphones as well as tablets.
