Is there perhaps a better forum to ask for help with Lucky Patcher? Maybe somewhere in Reddit or something?

Probably because..
(1.) sometimes the request or question have been asked before and has received an answer
(2.) The question asked may be a little irritating if the the OP appears to have no understanding of basic Android stuff.
(3.) Custom patches for the app to be hacked may already exist.
(4.) Other forum members probably don't have an answer. Those who do have answers may be simply unwilling to write up an answer.
(5.) The OP rarely gives back an update once a suggestion has being given to him/her.
