Hey, 

I have been messing around with Lucky Patcher where I triggered the option to install all of the applications to external storage. 

Now, when I want to install the application on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus running Pie whether downloaded from site or Google Play, the installation process just takes forever and the application ends up not being installed or updated at all.

I have reverted the triggered option in Lucky Patcher as well as cleared data of the package manager but the problem did not get fixed!

What could be the possible solution.
