The "Re-sign with test signature" option is basically for testing purposes, by performing this operation Lucky Patcher modifies the selected application by changing its original signature (a signature created by the app developer and that only he has access) by a "testKey"
This can be used primarily to observe how the modified application will behave after having its original signature modified. Example: some applications refuse to work after their original signatures have changed.
