I'm experiencing problems. I backed up my browser's settings to a file called "data.lpbkp", the problem is when I try to restore the settings via the app it doesn't work.
Any help would be much appreciated. Let me know if you need more information..

thank you so much for all of that! Sorry, I assumed that LP would by default save either everything or just settings, therefore assumed you would know. Again, I really appreciate you going through all of that to find out!
It honestly seems like more trouble than it's worth, so I'll just count my blessings and move on.
Thank you again!

So, data.lpbkp is normal zip file, you can try change suffix from data.lpbkp to data.zip and open it, inside there are only hard copied files from path: "/data/data/com.cloudmosa.puffin/" so if LP can not restore them, i think it's beacause:
1. LP need to ROOT, try to remove it from SuperUser list and GrantRoot again
2. Signature of zip file (.lpbkp) is corrupted and missmatched, I don't know why, but LP cannot ignore it. So only solution for this is: You can try rename .lpbkp to .zip and copy all files and directories from this file manually to path "/data/data/com.cloudmosa.puffin/" . You will need some kind of RootBrowser and enable inside setting something like "Mount / folders as writable", and of course grant root to RootBrowser.
I don't think it's because "b. I have updated the app to it's most recent version. I may need the original version that I created the backup with?
". Because in this case, LP will normally Restore setting, and Puffn Browser will crash at start.
Let me now if it works
Hey tomas4, this is my full path "/storage/emulated/legacy/Android/data/com.android.vending.billing.InAppBillingService.CLON/files/LuckyPatcher/Backup/Data/com.cloudmosa.puffin/data.lpbkp". As you can see everything is fine there.
When I try to restore the settings via. Tools in the app I receive this message, "Error: Something went wrong. Data may not have been restored completely."
The only two things I can think of is a. the data.lpbkp file is corrupt or b. I have updated the app to it's most recent version. I may need the original version that I created the backup with?
