Just curious. There is a new event coming up and i noticed there is a new update for the LP app. Will i need to uninstall current LP app and reinstall to the new version in order to get the latest update for the mod app? Im just concerned about losing progress on current mod apk file

Hi, so I had Merge Magic patched with LP and today it forced me to update (where I could cancel it before) and after the update... I lost my progress. I even installed my previous patch again after the update and it still started at the beginning.
I uninstalled the game in the end... No more Merge Magic for me
