I know there is a help boutton in the settings for luckypatcher,but I dont understand it.I need a video tutorial or someone who can explain it to me.

Try to look at the source code of custom patches already created in the root directory of Lucky Patcher, note what each command can do and try to create your own custom patch, Hope this helps.
