I WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO COMPILE THE INAPP PURCHASED APP AND SEND THE APP TO OTHER PHONE AND IT SHOULD NOT REQUIRE LUCKYPATCHER TO USE MOD...I JUST WANTED TO MOD THE APP AND IT SHOULD BE USED BY EVERYONE WITHOUT USE OF ANY APP

No for almost all apps you should be able to send the apk (extract it with an apk extractor) to other phone and it will working without needing of lucky patcher. This works for ALMOST all apps, they introduced the New Method in 8.0.0 which requires Lucky Patcher to be installed but hopefully the hack will not be reliant on it.

As i know If you Do mod any Apps or Game it will be independent. If you share your moded app/game with other the moded app/game will be as same as your moded app/game.
