I have successfully hacked an app using lucky patcher, but when i try to update it to newest version, the update button on playstore does not show up.. How can i update it?

No way... You have applied LVL patch and it removes dependencies on Play store because of purchase emulation...
If you wanna new version you will havet to uninstall current version of that app and then download it normaly from Play store and then patch it again 
PS: backup data of that app before uninstalling for restore after you make new installation
