I have read your post on how to install modded Google Play store but it seems that post is out dated. The guide on the post doesn't match with the latest version of lucky patched and it got me confused.
- On the post, it said to select 3 options of which only two of the options are available and the first has already been applied. Should I go ahead and install modded PLAYSTORE with only two options (first and second) applied?
Should I disable signature verification in the package manager?

Thanks. I figured it out anyways.
Here's what I did:
Patch to SIGNATURE VERIFICATION STATUS : ALWAYS TRUE had already been done (don't know how)
So
I applied patch to - - DISABLE APK SIGNATURE VERIFICATION
then I downloaded and installed modded playstore.
I was able to install the modded Play store without disabling signature verification in the package manager.
How I installed it:
Open Lucky Patcher > Toolbox > Install Modded Play Store > (select version) > Install.
It will download and install, then prompt to make all necessary patches to Android.
Select "Yes", and let it reboot. (The modded Play Store is now installed).
If you want to test it, open Lucky Patcher > Toolbox > Test Modded Play Store.
