I've tried everything I've tried even more than everything and I can't get this modded Play Store to even look like it's installed it says it is but I can't I can't see it somebody please help me with this.

Same with me. Just uninstall updates, and clear data to get your old version. I don't even know what the modded version is supposed to do.
