I've request a random package name generator like in Magisk Manager, or a new package name after every update, to hide from apps, which search for apps like Lucky Patcher

One or both of the following, possible solutions, may or may not work...
1) Open Lucky Patcher and go to the Settings. Then scroll down and select the box next to "Hide the Title" option.
The following is only if you have XPosed installed...
2) Open the Lucky Patcher App and enter the XPosed Settings. Scroll down to the bottom and select the box next to "Hide Lucky Patcher" and then select Apply and reboot your device.
I can't guarantee that either of the above will work but, this is all (that I'm aware of) the options available within the Lucky Patcher App.
Good Luck!
